HTML DB alternative

I have been using Oracle's HTML DB in my work.

I am graduating from university and need to compare HTML DB with another silimar product.

Visual Web Developer seems to be silimar but it is intended for non-professionals and hobbyists. What can be Microsoft's alternative to HTML DB?

Hey,

A long time ago, I heard that a tool similar to HTML DB would be included with SQL Server 2005, but haven't heard any more about it, and if it is in 2005, I haven't seen where. VWD is not a tool to compare to HTML DB.
Visual Web Developer isn't really an alternative to HTML DB, though it does accelerate the process of creating websites in the same way. I guess they are both RAD tools, but VWD is far more flexible as it's a full programming environment and you are not just limited to programming in T-SQL.

If you do know HTML DB, though, then you'll find VWD does have some similar functions. For instance, GridView is similar in concept to HTML DB reports and Master Pages follow the same concepts as HTML DB templates.

Thanx for answers.

Has anybody heard what happened to the tool that bmains mentioned? Something that was supposed to be in MS SQL server 2005. Is there anything?
